> install xampp

>turno ON

>open browser

> type localhost/phpmyadmin

> create database

>exit

> open c drive > xamp>htdocs

>create a folder of your project name

>download WordPress zip and drag it to your folder

> extract it 

> copy all files in it, and delete zip and folder both

> open browser

> type localhost/name of the folder 

> complete remaining process

> login
